The Adipmaster® helds in one hand. The ergonomics and stability are good: it provides comfort to the practitioner throughout the procedure.
The Adipmaster® eliminates the step of sterilization for the healthcare establishment, thereby reducing risks linked to improper sterilization and storage.
Both the single-use cannulas and the Adipmaster® have undergone biocompatibility testing showing that they are safe for use in this regard.
The Adipmaster® guides the end of the cannula in a nutational movement using the N.I.L® technique of Euromi:
This specific movement is used for uniform infiltration and aspiration. Nutation creates an emulsion that gently breaks the fat cells apart while preserving all tissues. After this step, the emulsified fat can be gently aspirated, (fewer bleeding, oedema, and ecchymosis). Aspiration is thus very selective.
Infrasound (low frequency: less than 25Hz) is generated by the movements of the cannula and acts as an anesthetic on the treated part, making the treatment comfortable during and after the procedure. Unlike other techniques, the effects of the infrasound are transmitted beyond the cannula. Infiltration is thus faster and more uniform.
